Conditions of party

• Minimum $100 deposit required (non refundable; However, you can change to another date once only 48 hrs notice must be provided).
• 10 partygoers are the minimum requirement for a booking. Suggested number for comfort is 24 but we can book up to 35! 
• Please try and advise of final party goers and party needs 24hrs before booking.
• Food and drink from outside the venue is prohibited 
• Food catering is available at the café and must be pre-ordered 48 hours prior to booking. Additional refreshments can be purchased from the café individually. 
• Food and drinks must be consumed in the designated party area. No food is to be consumed in the arcade game area. 
• We take cleaning seriously so please note that strict adherence to party rooms booking times is the only way our team can hygienically clean and prepare rooms for following bookings.

Please note: Back to the Arcade reserves the right to refuse bookings. Our venue is a family environment, as such we have a zero tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour of any kind.
